Please Note That there may be some items which would have been missed from the above list(s),Therefore the details of the returns,refunds & exchanges mentioned below each product in the shopping page,Be’s the final Return policy.The return Policy depending on the business requirements and conditions are subject to change from time to time.

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on [email protected]

To be eligible for a return,please return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the freebies (if any),Along with the original packaging and price tags and other tags and barcodes.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase,therefore the original invoice is essential.

For Returns please hand over the products with its packaging,tags,receipts to our courier partners while opting for easy returns.

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Childcare if: 

Return of purchased Products from childcare are assisted through our reverse-logistics partners. After a User making a request for return of Product on the Platforms and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with the User in order to collect the purchased Products from the User and delivering it back to us!

While we have made reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India and especially in Odisha, currently, Childcare has a select list of areas where deliveries and collection can be undertaken by its reverse-logistics partners. In pincodes where we are are unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the User, the User is required to self-ship the Product to Childcare’s shipping warehouse, the address for which will be intimated to the User upon the User placing such request for return.. Upon self-shipping the Product to CHILDCARE’S warehouse, the User shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt to [email protected] for our records purpose.

ONLINE RETURN REQUEST:

How to Create a Return Request.

To return your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:

  • Go to ‘Orders’
  • Click on the return button next to the product you want to return.
  • Select the reason for return from the dropdown.
  • Select the mode of return as reverse pick up or self shipping.
  • In case your pin-code is serviceable for a reverse pick up, kindly confirm the address and contact number.
  • Click on the acknowledgment box and submit your return request.
  • In case your pin-code is non serviceable for the reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. In that case we will give an extra 70 rupees in your wallet balance respectively.

I have created a Return request,when will the product be picked up?

  • Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner’s team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. After the product is picked up,
  • the complete amount will be refunded to your JUST CHILDCARE account as Wallet Balance within 48 hours. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.
In case of self shipping, where should you ship the products:-

In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

Childcare, 11-b, PNRTOWERS, Satya nagar, Janpath, Bhubaneshwar-751007.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s),

the complete amount + Rupees70(in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your Wallet Balance, of your Just Childcare Account!

RETURN TO STORES:

  1. Wrap your products in their original shipping packaging and bring them along with your invoice to OUR STORES.
  2. Hand over your return – an authorized staff member will take your package.
  3. After we check your returns, we’ll process your refund. If you’ve paid by cash, you can ask for a cash refund, a Credit Note, or a refund to My Credit in your account if you’re a registered user. If you’ve paid by card, you can receive a refund to your card or opt for a Credit Note. If you’ve used PayPal, you can ask for a PayPal refund or a Credit Note.

FAQ

1. My Product has been picked up, but i have not got my refund yet.

If it has been 48 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund isn’t reflecting as your JUST CHILDCARE “wallet balance”, then please email to us at [email protected]  and we will sort it out for you.

2. The product you bought was buyed on a discounted price, will you get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

3. In case you return the products will the Shipping/COD/Gift Packaging Charges Be credited back?

No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.
